About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales for the LATAM region. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of the company's growth strategy, with a primary focus on managing existing agency relationships, developing new business opportunities, and expanding the company's presence in emerging markets. This executive will be responsible for driving growth through existing channels, identifying and pursuing expansion opportunities, and sourcing and engaging potential partners. A strategic mindset, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of cultural and business practices across Latin America are essential for this role. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Sales, LATAM include business development, relationship management, internal collaboration, market expansion, performance monitoring, and training and support. The role demands a proactive leader who is results-driven, customer-centric, and adept at innovative thinking. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and developing independent agencies or producer networks, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in business development, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with an MBA preferred, and fluency in Spanish and English is a must. The role also requires the ability to travel extensively across the region.
