What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Coordinate resource needs with team members and other departments
2. Manage projects, oversee tasks, and engage in project design
3. Represent the company in client communications and marketing activities
4. Responsible for project financial performance and addressing changes in scope
5. Lead, supervise, and monitor project team members to achieve goals

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Licensed Professional Engineer
2. Bachelors Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or equivalent experience
3. Strong leadership and project management skills
4. Knowledge of contracts, accounting principles, budgeting, and forecasting
5. 10+ years of engineering/industry experience, with an emphasis on water and wastewater treatment
