ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Adhere to Company programs and policies that will result in the effective storage, inventory and

quality controls for all products; the accurate load completion and verification of all trucks; and the

readiness of all trucks (from a loading standpoint) to make a timely departure.

  • The Warehouse Manager is responsible for opening the facility, communicating with the Delivery

Representatives, and for checking the operating condition of each handheld electronic device (utilized

by the Delivery Representatives to enter and receive orders, deliveries, and billing and payment

information), and will personally troubleshoot any issues and/or contact a technician if needed.

  • The Warehouse Manager will perform a daily inventory and will reconcile all receipts, dispatch,

breakage, donations and warehouse sales with the physical inventory.

  • The Warehouse Manager will comply with and enforce the Warehouse procedures and policies and the

Quality Control Standards for all breweries

  • Provide coaching and training opportunities for all members of the Warehouse team to ensure they

learn and achieve competence with those procedures and Standards; and will review the performance

of those Warehouse team members to ensure effective implementation and emphasis on those

procedures and Standards.

  • The Warehouse Manager is also responsible for all 360 degrees of cooperage flow and conducting the

cooperage inventory.

  • The Warehouse Manager procures all Warehouse and Repack supplies and supervises the Repack

operations.

  • The Warehouse Manager overseas the grounds and facility maintenance.
