As a Light Duty Technician, you’ll perform maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics that keep our vehicles safe, reliable, and road-ready — all while growing your career in a supportive team environment. Compensation: • $21.60/hour incentives • Opportunities for growth and development What You’ll Do • Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines • Handle exhaust work, tire changes, battery replacements, and accessory installations • Replace belts, hoses, mirrors, lamps, and bulbs; perform brake inspections and fluid flushes • Diagnose and repair squeaks, rattles, wind noise, and water leaks • Perform minor recalls, door/window adjustments, and light electrical work • Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and Parts Departments • Use TruVideo and Estimate Tools for documentation • Uphold Walser’s Core Values: Do The Right Thing, Lead By Example, Display Positive Energy, Be Open Minded What You’ll Bring • 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record • Automotive degree/certificate or 3 years of professional experience required • Current ASE Certifications required • Strong teamwork, reliability, and communication skills • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods What’s in it for you?
