ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Anniston, Alabama.

\nRN - Med Surg
\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work night shifts with every other weekend requirement
\n• Option for 4x12 hour shifts available
\n• Float to like units as needed
\n• Possible charge nurse responsibilities as needed
\n• Must work at least 1 of the 3 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve or Christmas Day
\n• Patient ratio of 1:6 (nurse to patient)
\n• 30-minute lunch break required - no skipped meals policy
\n• Patient population includes adults and geriatrics
\n• 1 year of nursing experience required
\n• Previous charge experience preferred
\n• Level II trauma experience preferred
\n• Travel experience preferred
\n• Alabama nursing license required
\n• Current BLS via AHA certification required
\n• Fit test required
\n• NIHSS certification preferred
\n• Skills include IV starts, isolation precautions, wound care/wound vac, blood product administration, colostomy care, feeding tube management, heparin and insulin administration, PCA, peripheral and PICC line management, and surgical drain care
\n• Must adhere to facility call-in policy
\n• Maximum 7 days requested time off allowed
\n• Locals considered within 60 mile radius
