A stable software company is partnering with LHH to search for a temporary to hire Staff Accountant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. You will work with a supportive team and be trained on the processes of the department. You do need to work fully in office, but free parking is offered. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to contribute to the financial health and success of a reputable organization.

Responsibilities:
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Perform reconciliations of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management.
• Assist with tax preparation and compliance activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and transparency.
• Maintain documentation and records in accordance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Employment Details:
• Temporary to hire.
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Fully onsite in Bellevue, WA office. 

Pay Details: $32.00 to $34.00 per hour
