The Retail Shift Lead is responsible for assisting the leadership team with the needs and wellbeing of the staff and the business as it relates to the implementation of the mission, vision and values set forth by the management team. The Retail Shift Lead must lead the store in a fast paced and ever-changing working environment, while maintaining an eye for excellence.

The Retail Shift Lead is responsible for the daily operations of the Medical Marijuana Dispensary including but not limited to: strict adherence to compliance policies and laws, sales, cash handling processes, financial reporting, inventory management, customer service, regulatory compliance, patient communications, patient education, and patient information management, operating under the highest standards of professionalism.

The Retail Shift Lead reports directly to the Dispensary Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Execute the mission, vision, values of Ritual Dispensary.

Maintain strict adherence to regulatory requirements.

Oversee the PCA's

Work with the management team to oversee the Patient Consultant Team in all daily operations of the business.

Ensure that inventory is kept in an orderly fashion and ensure that all packages are tracked appropriately per the POS system and state medical marijuana rules.

Responsible for opening and closing the store

Ensure compliance with daily, weekly and monthly audits and maintaining adequate records: purchase orders, insurance, audits, etc.

Assist with staff education

Promote and maintain a positive, productive culture.

Assist with day-to-day financial oversight of the Dispensary.

Salary

$21 - $22 USD per hour

Required Skills

High School Degree or equivalent.

Minimum 1+ years customer service/retail management/cannabis, hospitality or restaurant management experience.

High energy and a passion for driving revenue.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Excellent customer service and rapport building skills.

Recruiting and team development skills.

Collaborates effectively with ownership, peers and other team members.

Working knowledge of cannabis and paraphernalia.

Working knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Google Spreadsheets.

Maintains high ethical standards and a positive, professional demeanor.
