Experience: 10+ years total, with 8+ years in Oracle Cloud (Oracle CPQ / Subscription Mgmt / OM) architecture and cross-functional process expertise

Role Summary:
This role will act as the end-to-end system and process architect for MSI's Cloud Provisioning transformation. Own the end-to-end solution design for the cloud provisioning and subscription activation flow. The focus is to identify systemic and process gaps, define the right-fit industry-standard provisioning architecture, and drive automation to reduce activation time from days to hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end solution architecture across Salesforce Oracle CPQ, Oracle OM, Oracle Subscription Mgmt Cloud.
• Assess existing provisioning and activation flows; identify systemic issues, data gaps, and manual touchpoints.
• Define data contracts, validation rules, and automation triggers to eliminate provisioning delays.
• Define future-state process and data models aligned with telecom and subscription industry best practices.
• Recommend automation strategies to minimize manual provisioning and speed up post-deployment activation.
• Lead process integration workshops with business, IT, and provisioning teams.
• Review and optimize order, modification, and cancellation flows for accuracy and speed.
• Partner with the business to define KPIs for activation turnaround time, data quality, and automation readiness.
• Collaborate with Business Analyst to ensure requirements, design, and documentation are synchronized.
• Drive cross-functional alignment among sales ops, provisioning, finance, and IT.
• Provide technical direction to QA and development teams during implementation.
• Ensure architectural scalability to support M&A and new product bundles.

Required Skills:

• Expertise in Oracle Cloud Applications (CPQ, OM, Subscription Mgmt, EBS) and Salesforce CRM integration.
• Strong grasp of provisioning, activation, and order-to-cash processes in telecom or SaaS environments.
• Understanding of telecom or subscription activation processes.
• Proven ability to design scalable process and integration architectures.
• Deep understanding of data governance and system interoperability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Agile delivery and iterative requirement validation.

Success Metrics:

• Reduced provisioning cycle to meet 24-hour activation KPI.
• Defined and adopted end-to-end provisioning architecture.
• Documented future-state process aligned with best practices.
• Measurable improvement in data accuracy and automation rates.
• KPI alignment (activation SLA, order accuracy, error reduction).
