Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests, clients, and employees with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  
  
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or individual.
  
  
• Provide relevant information and assistance to callers and visitors regarding KREM 2 Television programs, services, and events.
  
  
• Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
  
  
• Assist with general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document management.
  
  
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages.
  
  
• Ensure necessary supplies are stocked at the front desk area.
  
  
• Collaborate with various departments to coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
  
  
  Compensation Range: $20 per hour
  
  

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  
  
• Proven experience in a customer service or front desk role is preferred.
  
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
  
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  
  
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  
  
• Professional and polished appearance.

  Travel: Rarely: less than 10%
