Job Description

A leading construction firm in the West Houston area is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity with room for growth within the organization, a great work culture, and competitive compensation, benefits, and bonus. Starting compensation is $65,000 - $75,000.

• 3-5+ years' experience as a Project Coordinator in Construction
• Procore or Project Sight software experience is required
• Bachelor's degree preferred

• Coordinate and oversee project tasks to ensure timely completion and adherence to company standards.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and records within Procore/Project Sight.
• Serve as administrator on PMIS and CMS system
• Facilitate communication between project team members to promote collaboration and efficiency.
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to relevant parties as needed.
• Support project managers in various tasks with Procore/Project Sight
