What You Will Do:
Complete window cleaning, gutter cleaning. house washing jobs and post construction clean up and provide exceptional customer service.

· Excel in a team environment, As a Team Lead you will mentor and develop people too.

· Help our business grow by offering additional services, hang door hangers, and talk with neighbors.

· Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

· Create memorable moments to maximize customer experience.

· Continuously improve through feedback and ongoing training

· Be rewarded for your efforts and success.

· Work with our advanced window cleaning technology, including water fed poles capable of cleaning up to 5 stories, without the need for climbing on ladders or heavy equipment. * Some work does require ladders and/or use of Boom and/or scissor lifts.

Contract length: Contract length is dependent on start date, we are a seasonal business so the contract length can range.
