We are currently partnered with a leading MEP contractor in San Antonio that is well known for delivering high quality commercial projects across Texas. They are looking to bring on an experienced Plumbing Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations on commercial projects. This is a long-standing contractor that offers stability, competitive pay, and the chance to be a key leader on large-scale builds in the San Antonio market.
As a Plumbing Superintendent, you will be responsible for leading plumbing crews on-site, coordinating with project managers, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Duties include scheduling manpower, monitoring progress, resolving field issues, and enforcing safety procedures. The ideal candidate will have proven supervisory experience in commercial plumbing, strong leadership skills, and a successful track record managing crews on complex projects.
