Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to our clients in their homes. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities by assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and safety. Duties - Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Follow individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
- Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate parties.
- Assist with mobility and lifting as needed to ensure client safety and comfort.
- Engage clients in social activities and recreational programs to promote mental stimulation.
- Ensure the safety of clients.
Qualifications - Previous experience in caregiving or related fields such as home community care or assisted living is preferred.
- Familiarity with memory care techniques.
- Ability to lift clients safely and assist them with mobility challenges.
- Knowledge of developing and implementing care plans is beneficial.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist clients with physical mobility challenges.
- Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and empathy towards clients.
- Ability to cook nutritious meals that cater to individual dietary needs.
- Certification in CPR or First Aid is essential but not required to apply.
- Must be able to pass background checks as required by state regulations.
- Must be flexible with any shift time.
- Must be physically capable and able to lift 30 lbs.
