Job Description:
Manages and controls the contractual relationship with Technology and Data Services suppliers (including enterprise agreements and Software as a Service). Coordinates contract activities, including contract development, negotiation and transition. Creates, negotiates and incorporates contract amendments, renegotiating the contract, if required, to accommodate scope changes or changes in organization requirements.
Lead through strategic thinking, financial analytics, external marketplace focus and partnering closely with business units to influence and help drive key, strategic business decisions. Develop strategic, forward thinking global category plans with multi-year value generating sourcing initiatives to enable the business success. Bring external insights, innovative ideas, and an enterprise view on market trends, competitive landscape value generation and strategic sourcing opportunities.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience. Typically has 4 to 6 years of finance or contract management experience.
