Nationwide Search with Relocation Assistance Offered! - Full-Time Live-Out Nanny in Beautiful Raleigh, NC Position: Nanny
Location: Raleigh, NC
Schedule: - Friday - Tuesday: 40 hours per week ( Weekends Required )
- Flexible on daily hours for the right candidate - the family is still determining what works best and prioritizes the right fit.
Compensation & Benefits: - Hourly Rate: $25 - $35 per hour (based on experience)
- Paid Time Off: 2 weeks PTO
- Health Insurance: Possible health stipend
- Work Vehicle: Minivan provided for job-related use
- Relocation Bonus: $3,000 after 30 days of employment for candidates moving to Raleigh
Position Overview: A wonderful and fast-paced family of six is conducting a
nationwide search for an experienced, professional nanny to provide loving care and structure for their four children. This
full-time, live-out role is perfect for a dedicated and proactive caregiver who can seamlessly integrate into the household, support the parents'
Montessori-based parenting style , and assist with childcare, household organization, and family logistics.
The family also has a
two-year-old Bernedoodle , so a pet-friendly nanny is essential!
Responsibilities: Childcare & Engagement: - Provide engaging and attentive care for four children (ages 12 - 3 years old)
- Foster independence and responsibility in the children, following Montessori principles
- Assist with morning and bedtime routines
- Plan and facilitate age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and development
- Work cohesively with another nanny and the parents
Household & Organization: - Light tidying and organization of children's spaces (toys, clothes, school items, etc.)
- Handle children's laundry and ensure clothing is properly organized
- Prepare simple meals or assist with dinner prep as needed
Family Support & Logistics: - Transport children to and from school and activities ( family provides a minivan for work use - will be shared with another nanny )
- Run family-related errands ( grocery shopping, dry cleaning, post office, returns, etc. )
Ideal Candidate: - 5+ years of professional nanny experience in a similar role
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and able to travel internationally
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills
- A safe and responsible driver (valid license required)
- Strong communication skills and receptive to feedback
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced household with multiple children, a second nanny, a housekeeper, and parents
- Energetic, nurturing, and creative in planning activities and engaging with children
