• 2 weeks of call per month -- 40 minute response time
• 12 patients per shift -- varies between clinic and scope days
• Outpatient and inpatient practice setting
• 3 - 6 average daily admissions
• 3 - 6 phone consultations daily
• Includes rounding on assigned patients
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
