Job Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
Evaluate customer interactions and issues to Live Chat Manager when appropriate
Create relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
Respond with empathy to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
Promote interest in client products and services
Consistently achieve established standards of the position
May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed
What you need for this role
High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years in either a call center or customer service environment
Experience in the financial services a plus
Typing and multitasking skills
Job Requirements
Maintain regular and predictable attendance
Self-starter who can work cooperatively with others
Strong work ethic with ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Articulate and well accustomed to a client-facing role
Ability to compose professional emails
