Job Description

This position offers a rewarding opportunity to provide dedicated one-on-one support to students in elementary and middle school settings. The role involves working closely with students in grades K5 as well as grades 68, ensuring they receive the individualized attention necessary to thrive academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver attentive 1:1 care to students in both elementary (K5) and middle school (68) grade levels.
• Support student learning and development by assisting with classroom activities and personalized instructional support.
• Monitor and address students individual needs, maintaining a safe and positive learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to implement tailored strategies that promote student engagement and success.
• Communicate effectively with the educational team regarding student progress and any concerns.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience providing 1:1 support to students, especially in grades K8.
• Comfort working within both elementary and middle school environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to diverse student needs with patience and professionalism.
