Overview ANDMORE, a Blackstone portfolio company, empowers wholesale buyers and sellers to connect, grow, and prosper through premier physical markets and design centers. Responsibilities Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network devices including switches, routers, access points, and firewalls. Monitor network performance and availability. Provide Tier 1–2 support for network-related helpdesk tickets, including Wi-Fi, VPN, and connectivity issues. Participate in troubleshooting outages, latency issues, and performance bottlenecks under the guidance of senior engineers. Support setup and teardown of temporary event networks, ensuring reliable guest Wi-Fi and vendor access. Maintain accurate documentation of network topology and configurations. Assist with implementing security policies, patches, and updates across the network. Collaborate with the Infrastructure and IT Operations teams to ensure systems remain secure and compliant. Stay current with emerging networking technologies and pursue certifications to advance technical knowledge. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent hands-on experience. 0–2 years of professional IT/networking experience (internships, labs, or academic projects accepted). Basic understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, and wireless. Familiarity with enterprise network equipment (Cisco, Aruba, Palo Alto). Coursework or certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or equivalent. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn from a senior team. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team. Skills & Attributes Learner Mindset: Eager to grow into advanced networking.
