HR People Development Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and organised leader to help market our courses and events, and coach people in business development and growth strategies for our personal and leadership development programs. This is a self-managed, independent contractor role where your people leadership and marketing strengths will directly contribute to impactful work.

This is not a salaried position. Instead, it offers a performance-based earning model, suitable for independent professionals ready to take control of their time and outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Market and promote personal development and leadership programs through digital channels.
• Participate in weekly online development sessions to enhance product and marketing knowledge.
• Conduct consultations with individuals interested in personal growth and leadership development.
• Manage your workflow and schedule independently (minimum of 15–20 hours/week).
• Engage with a supportive professional network and ongoing training.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in coaching, learning and development, training, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
• Confidence using digital tools, including Zoom, email, and social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and tasks independently.
• Alignment with values of personal development, leadership, and lifelong learning.
• Based in Australia, USA, Canada or NZ.
