This will be a hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA or our Seaport Boston, MA location with Mondays & Fridays remote. Join our team as a strategic Head of Talent Acquisition, where you will lead a high-performing team in shaping and executing forward-thinking recruitment strategies that attract exceptional talent aligned with our company’s mission and culture. You’ll collaborate closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand evolving workforce needs and deliver tailored, scalable hiring solutions. In this role, you’ll oversee the full recruitment lifecycle and champion a best-in-class candidate experience. You’ll drive continuous improvement by leveraging data, technology, and vendor partnerships to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and elevate hiring outcomes. Your leadership will be instrumental in building a talent acquisition function that is agile, inclusive, and future-ready. Lead and develop a high-performing corporate talent acquisition team, setting strategic goals, fostering career growth, and cultivating a collaborative, inclusive, and high-energy team culture. Oversee both high-volume, centralized recruiting for hourly and salary manufacturing roles and full-cycle recruitment for professional and executive-level positions. Serve as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers, driving continuous improvement in hiring outcomes through data insights and strategic workforce planning. Leverage AI-driven sourcing tools, recruitment marketing platforms, and talent analytics to identify, engage, and convert top-tier candidates across all functions. Continuously optimize recruitment processes using technology and automation to improve efficiency, reduce time-to-fill, and enhance the candidate experience. Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment regulations, including Affirmative Action and Equal Employment Opportunity requirements, and translate findings into actionable improvements. Shape and promote Ocean Spray’s Employee Value Proposition through compelling employment branding and digital engagement strategies. Evaluate and implement emerging technologies and vendor solutions to modernize the TA function, while managing existing partnerships and ensuring ROI. Own and manage the Talent Acquisition budget, aligning investments with business priorities and measurable outcomes. What We Are Looking For: 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including leading teams. Proven success in both high-volume hourly hiring and full-cycle recruitment for professional and executive roles. Experience developing and executing talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals. Strong project management, consulting, and stakeholder engagement skills. Proficient in using AI tools, ATS platforms, and analytics to drive hiring efficiency and insights. Ability to translate complex data into actionable talent strategies. Solid understanding of employment law, EEO, and compliance requirements. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.
