We are seeking a detail-oriented, energetic, and customer-focused Banquet Coordinator to join our team. Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for clients booking private events, banquets, and special occasions. Coordinate all event details, including menu planning, setup, décor, AV needs, and scheduling with the culinary and service teams. Manage event timelines and ensure smooth execution from start to finish. Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating client needs and addressing concerns quickly. Prepare event proposals, contracts, and invoices as needed. Work closely with management to maximize banquet sales and profitability. Supervise banquet staff during events, ensuring high service standards. Qualifications Previous experience in event planning, banquet coordination, or hospitality (preferred but not required). Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedule. A positive, team-oriented attitude and commitment to outstanding guest service.
