We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Accelerator Program, an enriching trainee experience designed to pave your path to success. As an Entry-Level Financial Representative, you'll engage in a thorough program that prepares you with the essential skills needed to excel in selling Individual Insurance products and establishing a sustainable financial practice.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Engage in a comprehensive training program to develop skills for providing holistic financial advice to clients through active participation and goal-setting.
  • Gain valuable sales experience by marketing Individual Insurance products to clients and demonstrating proficiency in the sales process.
  • Develop robust prospecting skills, including research, targeting, networking, and effective communication through personal networks, community events, and social media.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of our product offerings, showcasing expertise in their features and benefits.
  • Facilitate the completion of proposals, content, and paperwork flow, ensuring a seamless application and underwriting process.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Successfully meet all trainee program requirements, demonstrating the skills and knowledge necessary for success.
  • Obtain required insurance licenses before starting, with two attempts allowed for the Life and Health exam.
  • Pass the CRD/FINRA background check at hire, with continued licensing requirements within 24 months.
  • Be highly self-motivated and results-oriented, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, holding a valid U.S. driver's license and access to reliable transportation for meetings and appointments.
  • Embrace a culture of diversity and inclusion, valuing different perspectives and listening with curiosity.

PREFERRED:

  • Familiarity with the Insurance and Financial Services industry, products, and marketing practices.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred but not mandatory.
