About job:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met. This position is perfect for individuals who possess strong communication skills and a desire to learn about the customer service industry.

Salary Range: $850 - $1150 per week

Job:  Full time

Location:  Houston, TX

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about products and services
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers
• Track and document customer interactions and feedback
• Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
• Collaborate with team members to improve service processes

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Proficient in using computer applications and customer service software
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to handle challenging situations with a calm and professional attitude
