Mister Sparky is looking for Electrical Apprentices to add to our growing team! We are seeking individuals who are self-motivated, accountable, and engaged in personal growth. As an Electrical Apprentice, you are the face of our brand and the customer experience depends on you. Your goal is to offer superior service and build strong relationships with our customers while learning from our skilled Electricians and assisting in completing repairs and installations.

Our paid training is designed to jump start your career and provide the skills necessary to be successful in the role. Our experienced Electricians and management team teach Electrical Apprentices about the industry, expectations, specific job skills, and more. Training is ongoing and our managers provide continued guidance and coaching throughout your career with us. We strongly encourage the growth of our employees to prepare them for future advancement opportunities.
The Electrical Apprentice training program typically costs thousands of dollars through your local technical school but we provide you this training at no cost while still offering an hourly rate of pay! We also offer salary differential allowances for those with proven bilingual proficiency.
When you have completed your training and are ready to go out in the field as a Service Electrician, you will be issued an iPad and take home vehicle with fuel card. We offer steady, full-time work year-round and our top performing Service Electricians earn an average annual salary of $130,000.
