Director of Procurement

Salary Range: $130,000 – $170,000 base salary
Bonus: Up to 20%, based on company EBITDA performance and individual KPI achievement About the Company

With a strong leadership team and a clear vision for the future, we're seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Procurement to help optimize our operations and drive cost efficiencies across the business. Position Overview
The Director of Procurement will oversee a broad portfolio including vendor contract management, fleet operations, and strategic procurement. This high-impact role reports directly to the CFO and is instrumental in negotiating RFPs, identifying cost savings, and ensuring value across key spend categories. The ideal candidate brings a blend of strategic insight and executional excellence with a passion for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and mentor a procurement team of six (three direct reports, three indirect)
• Own the company’s end-to-end procurement strategy, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, RFPs, and cost management initiatives
• Oversee fleet management and procurement, partnering with existing experienced managers
• Partner closely with department leads and finance to align purchasing goals with organizational objectives
• Conduct ongoing reviews of supplier contracts to ensure favorable terms and conditions and compliance
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities without sacrificing quality or service
• Leverage data to monitor procurement performance, track KPIs, and report progress to senior leadership
• Collaborate with the warehouse team and support the optimization of inventory and supply chain processes
• Maintain a forward-looking vendor strategy, ensuring the company is leveraging the best suppliers and solutions for evolving needs

What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record (7+ years) in strategic sourcing, contract management, and procurement leadership, preferably within a high-growth or PE-backed environment
• Exceptional negotiation skills with deep experience in RFP management and vendor contracting
• Strong operational understanding of fleet and direct procurement is a plus
• Skilled in building and leading high-performing teams
• Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams at all levels
• Comfortable in a dynamic, hands-on environment with evolving priorities
• Local candidates preferred who can work on-site more often than not, but flexibility is available for hybrid candidates
