ABOUT US

We’re a mission-driven organization that values purpose, creativity, and meaningful impact in everything we do. For us, events are more than just gatherings – they’re catalysts for connection and change. We’re known for delivering human-centered experiences that spark national conversation, inspire action, and leave a lasting impression. As our Conference & Event Planner, you’ll play a key role in creating experiences that truly matter. Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, speakers, sponsors, and venue staff — bringing a calm, professional, and personable presence to every interaction. Manage timelines, budgets, contracts, and internal coordination with precision. Collaborate with program teams to ensure every event aligns with our values and reflects our high standards. Guide internal colleagues (who may not specialize in event planning) to help them effectively support event goals. Travel occasionally for site visits and on-site execution.
