For more information, please visit the following link: Responsibilities Develop individualized treatment plans based on psychiatric diagnosis, identified problems, and treatment needs for each case. Utilize social work systems and psychological theories, principles, and techniques in treatment plan development. Work with highly complex cases in which individuals are severely impacted by moderate to severe psychiatric diagnoses, including factors such as history of trauma, co-occurring conditions, and suicide risk. Analyze information collected to determine psychiatric diagnosis, treatment plan, and/or advisability of counseling or referral to other specialists or institutions. Provide case management services to effectively manage patients enrolled in behavioral intensive outpatient programs and prevent crises. Perform a variety of quality management and assurance duties to meet the Joint Commission (TJC) requirements. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Must possess a valid and unrestricted license as a clinical social worker from a State or Territory. Must possess a Master's degree in Social Work.
