About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Impact Officer (CIO) to spearhead a transformative shift towards a whole-person care operational model. The CIO will be instrumental in breaking down traditional service silos, enhancing program efficiency, and driving innovative service delivery to maximize mission impact and client outcomes. This executive leadership role involves leading the restructuring and integration of programs, designing a centralized intake model, and establishing strategic partnerships to ensure a fully integrated approach to care. The successful candidate will also be responsible for program innovation, mission alignment, financial stewardship, and industry impact, all while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Candidates for the CIO position at the company must have a proven track record in executive-level program management and organizational transformation, with a strong focus on strategic vision, financial acumen, and partnership development. The role requires a leader with a background in budget management, cost modeling, and funding strategies, as well as experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects. Essential skills include exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership abilities, with a proficiency in grant management software and CRM tools being a plus. The CIO will be expected to have a deep commitment to equity-centered design, systems thinking, and data-informed decision-making, and to demonstrate a capacity for ethical and inclusive leadership.
