Drive sourcing, attraction, event planning, candidate management, and closing strategies for internships and graduate hires. Build strong relationships with professors, career centers, student groups, and societies. Represent the firm at career fairs and events. Key Requirements: Proven success managing high-volume campus pipelines across multiple target schools. Strong communicator with the ability to excite and influence top students in competitive markets.
