Position Title: Business Litigation Associate
Location: Baltimore, Las Vegas, Reno
Salary Range: $220,000 – $325,000
About the Opportunity
Seeking an Associate to join the Business Litigation Practice Group in the Baltimore, Las Vegas or Reno office. The Firm has a robust litigation practice that handles matters across the country.
Key Requirements/Responsibilities
The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of knowledge and experience in a range of general complex commercial litigation matters and a strong desire to work in a fast-paced litigation practice. Bankruptcy litigation experience is a plus.
Candidate must have an excellent understanding of civil procedure, and experience in commercial litigation case management, including taking and defending depositions, and managing expert witnesses, and courtroom experience. Appellate experience is a plus.
Must be admitted to the Maryland or Nevada bar or eligible for admission. Arizona, California and/or Colorado bar would be a plus.
Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and outstanding written and oral communication skills. Prior clerkship experience is preferred.
