We are seeking a dedicated and Bilingual Client Service Representative to provide exceptional customer support to our diverse client base. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and one or more of the following languages: Bengali, Hindi, and/or Urdu , with a passion for helping clients resolve their needs efficiently and professionally.

💵 Pay: $18.00/hour
What You'll Do:
What We're Looking For:
✅ Must reside in an East Coast state of the U.S. (New York preferred)
✅ High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is a plus)
✅ Proficiency in English and one or more of the following languages: Bengali, Hindi, or Urdu (spoken and written)
✅ At least 2 years of customer service or human services experience
✅ Ability to type at a minimum of 35 words per minute
✅ Proficiency using multiple systems and working in a fast-paced, remote environment
Preferred:
✅ Previous experience in a call center or contact center environment
✅ Familiarity with Medicaid, managed care, or similar healthcare support programs
