Title: Art Director
Location: Remote US
Duration: 4 months expected to be extended up to 2 years
Compensation: $80-100
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.
Overview We are seeking an exceptional advertising Art Director to drive the development of innovative, concept-driven marketing campaigns that engage developer audiences across multiple platforms around an owned industry event. As a creative designer/motion designer, you will be responsible for guiding the design of high-impact, elevated creative that meets the objectives of the program.
Key Responsibilities - Create the assets for marketing campaigns across digital platforms (FB, IG, LI, YT, etc)
- Collaborate with external creative agencies and internal colleagues to conceptualize, develop, and refine ideas
- Design and develop visual concepts, including typography, color palette, and imagery, to support campaign messaging and branding
- Create design assets, such as graphics, icons, and illustrations, to enhance visuals
- Support presentations to internal stakeholders, including senior leadership
- Foster strong relationships with external agencies and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in advertising and marketing

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Digital Design, Visual Design, Advertising Design, or related field
- 6+ years of work experience in job offered or in an art director or lead designer-related occupation
- 6+ years of experience in advertising or marketing, with a focus on creative direction
- Portfolio that showcases your ability to develop innovative, concept-driven campaigns that drive results, a mastery of art direction, and design principles
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of the B2B marketing landscape and the challenges of engaging a business audience
- Ability to collaborate effectively with external agencies and cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
