Overview

Sev1Tech is seeking an Agile Scrum Master to support the Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic (NIWC Atlantic) Expeditionary Enterprise Systems and Services (E2S2) Division. NIWC Atlantic provides design, acquisition, and sustainment services for Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) Information Technology (IT) systems. Other duties are assigned by management.

Responsibilities

Support the NIWC Atlantics E2S2 Division and perform other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications

• Active Top Secret or Higher-Level Security Clearance.
• 10 years professional experience solving technical problems. Trained in the skills and techniques related to engineering and/or software design/maintenance.
• Practical understanding of engineering concepts. Ensures that the product/service and process meet quality and safety standards.
• Experience testing equipment to make sure that the process operates effectively and safely.
• Interpret plans and drawings, contribute to design and fabrication of test specimens. Experience in computer aided drafting (CAD), prepare shop drawings for model construction, and familiarity with material specifications and fabrication methods.
• Develop solutions to problems.
• While preparing recommendations, understand the nature of the organization, its relationship with others in the Government, and its internal organization and culture.

• Experience with ServiceNow applications.
• Experience with Technical projects.
• Experience with Leading and facilitating.
• Experience with Communicating technical details to stakeholders.
• Experience with Problem Solving.
• Organized and can keep team organized.

Travel

Available for minimal travel approximately one week-long trip per quarter (CONUS).
